How far in advance should we book?

Most couples reach out six to twelve months ahead. We take on a limited number of events each season so we can give every celebration our full attention, so we'd love to hear from you early — especially for peak wedding months. Last-minute inquiries are welcome whenever our calendar allows.
What is your availability for weddings and private events?

We serve a select number of weddings and private events each month, with prime dates filling first. Once you request your personalized estimate, we'll share our current availability and hold your date with a signed agreement and retainer.
Do you offer tastings or consultations?

Yes. For celebrations that include a custom cocktail menu, we host a relaxed tasting where you can refine flavors and presentation. It is one of our favorite parts of the process.
Do you provide the alcohol?

Arizona law asks that the host purchase the alcohol directly. We take care of the rest — a detailed, personalized shopping list and coordination with your preferred retailer so everything arrives correctly, in the right quantities.
Is your team licensed and insured?

Yes — every bartender carries an active Arizona Title 4 certification, and we hold full liquor liability and general event insurance. Your venue and planner are welcome to our certificates of insurance.
What is your approach to responsible service?

We pace the evening thoughtfully, recognize when a guest has had enough, and work discreetly with your planner or security if needed. Our goal is to keep the celebration joyful and safe for everyone.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Always. Our zero-proof botanical menu is designed with the same care as our cocktails — thoughtful, beautiful, and never an afterthought.
Where in Arizona do you travel?

We serve celebrations all across the state — Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Sedona, Prescott, Tucson, and everywhere in between. Travel beyond 60 miles is quoted individually and always transparently.
What does setup and cleanup include?

We arrive early, handle the full bar build, glassware, ice, garnishes, and every detail before the first guest approaches. At the end of the evening, we clear the bar, pack everything away, and leave the space as we found it.
How many bartenders will you provide?

As a starting point, one bartender per 60 guests, plus a service attendant for larger events. Every proposal is built around your exact guest count and event flow, so nothing feels rushed at the bar.
Can you work with our venue and planner?

We partner closely with your venue, planner, and catering team. From load-in times to service flow, we handle coordination behind the scenes so you never have to think about the bar.
What does a typical investment look like?

Celebrations begin at $2,800 for intimate events and grow from there based on guest count, service length, and any enhancements you choose. We'll share a clear, personalized proposal after our first conversation.
What is your payment schedule?

A 30% retainer holds your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your celebration, so nothing is looming over you close to the day. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and block it from other inquiries. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date within the following twelve months, subject to availability.
Are gratuity and travel included?

Gratuity is not automatically included — it is always at your discretion. Standard travel within 60 miles of Phoenix is included. Events beyond that radius receive a transparent travel quote in your proposal.
